Livingroom inspiration

En venninne av meg trenger litt hjelp til å innrede stuen sin. Hun trenger spisebord, stoler, sofabord og sofa. Hun ønsker to relativt små sofaer med rundt bord imellom, og spisebord i tre. Her kommer noen forslag, så ka du trur Tonje??;)

A friend of mine need some help decorating her livingroom. She needs a diningtable, chairs, sofa and a coffee table. She wants two small sofas with a round table between and a dining table made of wood. Here are some suggestions, so what do you think Tonje??;)

What to do!!???

Jeg leter etter noe jeg kan ha foran vinduet i tv stuen. Man kan se rett in der og det er ikke veldig behagelig om kvelden. Sofaen står foran vinduet så lange gardiner er utelukket. Korte gardiner synes jeg er harry, lift gardiner kjedelig, persienner upersonlig.. Ja, da har vi det gående.. Så jeg har tenkt og tenkt og kommet frem til 3 alternativer: Paljett forheng i gull, skjermbrett eller få lagd noe marokkansk skjerming i tre. Hva synes DU??

I`m looking for a window treatment for the "tv room". At night time you can stand just outside the window and see everything and it`s quite scary actually.. The coach is in front of the window so long curtains will not work. Short curtains in not very classy, roman blinds is too old fashion and regular blinds are boring... You may see why this is not very easy for me;) So after lots of thinking, I`m down to 3 alternatives: Gold colored sequin curtain, a room divider in dark tree or a handmade moroccan window treatment. What do YOU think??

Fall in the air

Høsten er såvidt over oss og jeg benytter anledningen til å legge meg under pleddet, tenne haugevis av stearinlys, drikke kakao og kose meg:) Her er ett par bilder fra stuen vår som begynner å komme seg...

The fall is in the air! I love getting all cosy under a blanket while I watch tv and drink a coup of hot chocolate. I also need tons og candles to make the evening perfect. Here are a few pictures from our livingroom that is slowely getting ready..

Sneak peak house:)

Vi bestemte oss for å la alpene være alpene å heller være hjemme å jobbe på huset i påsken. Med det nydelige været går det helt greit og jeg skal vise dere en kjapp titt av hvordan ting blir. Her får dere en titt i den nye stuen, som før bestod av 3 rom, stue, kjøkken og ett soverom.

We decided to stay home instead of going to the alps as planned, as we still have lots of work in the house. We have beautiful weather and it feels good working on the house together again. I will show you a sneak peak of our new livingroom, wich consisted of 3 rooms before we renovated it.

More and new windows (we originally only had 1 big window here)

New kitchen from Schuller and Crown

New industrial parquet in smoaked oak. The plan was to oil it dark brown but now we don`t know anymore, kind of like the color as it is..

More livingroom (tv area). All walls are painted in the color "Marrakech" from Jotun and we really LOVE it!
